Natural Mind uses a powerful and dynamic combination of hypnotherapy and coaching to help you reach your goals in 3 steps
Resolve – Step 1
Hypnotherapy works at a deep unconscious level, helping you let go of limiting beliefs, thoughts and mental ‘blocks’ that make life an uphill struggle. I use advanced therapeutic techniques to reduce stress and remove the underlying tension, so you can start feeling calmer and more positive about the future.
All stages of the programme involve Coaching, a process which helps you to get clear on where you want to be, what’s important to you, and the exact steps you need to take in order to get there.
Together, we create exciting but attainable goals that ignite change, increase motivation, and inspire personal growth from the very first meeting. You will learn the daily habits that build self-confidence and success.
Reprogramme – Step 2
After the first month you’ll likely be feeling calmer and more relaxed. Clients clients tell me that it’s like a huge weight has been lifted from them. We build-on these changes in the second month by using hypnotic techniques, neuroscience based exercises, Neurolinguistic Programmng (NLP) and Positive Psychology to help you make new and improved mental associations and habits.
I give you the mind management tools to reduce stress at will, improve your focus, and literally re-wire the brain.

Reinforce – Step 3
By month 3 many clients are already free of life-long fears, anxieties and chronic stress. However, evidence suggests that new habits take at least a few months to lock-in and take hold for the long-term.
Step 3 helps you reinforce the process as you are encouraged to apply the tools and techniques in the relevant areas of your life. Perhaps you have a high-stakes meeting, talk or business pitch coming up? Having someone to hold you accountable and cheer you on, will dramatically improve your chances of success.
As part of the programme we will speak on the phone or on Skype every week to share new insights, reading material, and challenges. In the past and where appropriate, I have travelled to see clients just before they give an important presentation or high-stakes pitch to ensure they nail it when they need it…
